Through experience, we have found that a well-built frame doesn’t require a lot of effort, but just the right tools in the right places. These are the staples we use and this is the glue that we use. We can’t say enough about either product as the staples never fail and the glue is top of the line and incredibly strong. This is the stapler we use now as now, but the one listed below is the residential version of it. Senco is a well-known brand for quality air tools and couldn’t be happier with it.
We also use acid brushes which work very well for applying glue to the right spots and are cheap enough to throw away. You can get them at harbor freight for very cheap, but can also get them on Amazon as well.

Esta plantilla tiene un diseño muy simple pero funciona extremadamente bien. Mejor que cualquier otra plantilla que hayamos visto para montar cuadros. Hemos ensamblado más de 20.000 marcos usando este mismo diseño y funciona muy bien. Las barras laterales para 10 cuadros se mantienen en posición vertical y quietas. Las barras inferiores se pegan y clavan en la barra lateral antes de voltear la plantilla. Luego se colocan las barras superiores y los marcos ensamblados se deslizan hacia afuera.
