Product Details
The 20 Gallon Heated Creamer is HillCo's large-batch creaming machine — water-jacketed and heated, with a 1/2 HP motor and 60:1 gear ratio for consistent crystal formation at volume. It doubles as a heated bottling tank and a mixing apparatus for flavored honeys, making it one of the more versatile pieces of equipment in a growing honey house.
Stainless tank assembled and wired at HillCo's US facility.
Key Features
- Water-Jacketed Heating — Gentle, even heat throughout the tank. Liquefy honey before creaming, prevent unwanted crystallization, or warm honey for easier bottling. The water jacket protects honey quality by avoiding hot spots.
- 1/2 HP Motor, 60:1 Gear Ratio — Slow, powerful mixing at scale. Handles thick, partially crystallized honey without stalling.
- Doubles as Heated Bottling Tank — Warm liquid honey for bottling, mix in flavors, or use as a holding tank. One machine, multiple functions.
- Flavored Honey Production — Cinnamon honey, hot honey, infused blends — consistent mixing action incorporates additions evenly at large batch scale.
- Assembled in USA — Stainless tanks from HillCo's Turkish manufacturing partner, assembled and wired at HillCo's US facility.
