Plastic foundation sheets for beekeeping have become popular in recent years because of it's ease of use. The hexagon embossed plastic foundation is coated in beeswax and ours actually has an additional layer of bees wax on it! In addition to the foundation for deep frames or medium frames, we also have the tools required to assemble the foundation into the frame. We love this black foundation as it is very easy for the beekeeper to see the eggs and it's impervious to wax moths. The foundation can be used for both brood frames and also for honey production.
