HillCo 30 Gallon Honey Clarifier

The 30 Gallon Honey Clarifier removes the majority of wax, cappings, and other solids from honey as it comes out of the extractor — before it goes into storage or bottling. Heated base causes solids to rise. As honey flows toward the drain, progressively finer screened baffles filter out what's left. By the time it reaches the lower drain, the honey is ready for storage or pumping directly into bottling tanks.

Built from 20-gauge stainless steel. Pairs directly with the HillCo Honey Pump and Float Switch for a fully automated clarification and transfer setup.

How It Works

Honey flows in from the extractor. The heated base warms the honey, causing wax and solids to rise. As the honey moves toward the drain outlet, it passes through a series of progressively finer screened baffles that catch increasingly smaller particles. Clean honey exits from the lower drain.
