Local Raw Honey is already delicious on its own, but this special blend—crafted by Adam Hickman—takes it to another level. Multiple varieties of Korean chilis infuse slowly into the honey, layering gentle heat with deep, savory chili notes while still letting the raw honey shine.

This infusion takes months to age properly, giving the honey time to deepen in color, richness, and complexity. The result is a mildly spicy, wonderfully flavorful finishing honey that elevates everything it touches.
