Each jar is designed with a 38-400 continuous thread finish, compatible with multiple lid styles such as 38 mm flip-top caps or 38 mm dripless lids, (sold separately). Lids for this bear include pressure-sensitive safety seals that press into place automatically when screwed on.

While the bottle holds 5.34 fluid ounces by liquid measure, it is designed specifically for honey and therefore sold as an 8 oz jar—equal to 227 g or about 2/3 cup of honey.
